I could have sworn that I’ve seen these up for download some where, I’ve checked marja’s, trapping’s and pinktemine’s lj and CiJ/ Advent entries. I can’t even find them in my downloads and I really need the cloche hair really bad. I wanted to put up a request for that hat to be done in about 6 of CuriousB’s ACYL and Nymphy/Nouk’s curly texture. I’m lost. I really like them all but the cloche is really what started a 3 hour hunt, when I should be meshing.

Isn’t there a database of conversions, or am I confused about that as well. My Googlefu failed me today. Back to milkshape

good news and bad news....halp!!!

The good news first: I got my mojo back, thanks to CuriousB in a round about way. Now the bad news, I still make very crappy textures. The halp part, I need someone to make some textures, in the sort of Maxis Match way, not exactly Maxis, but definitely no photo skinning. I hope that doesn't sound rude :/. I have 9 meshes in all, and I really worked hard on the UV maps which should make them easy-ish to recolor. Anyone that wants to help please leave a comment or message me, as thanks I will do a nice gift for you including any clothing meshes requests you have. Thanks for reading.

Sussi Body Shape Add-on SuperSet

It has been a long time coming, but I'm finally setting these loose in the wild. I'd like to thank Sussi & Bloom for doing these meshes and giving me a shape that I just had to make more stuff for. Per both these aren't to be shared, however since neither of them are active in TS2 community any more, I'm going ahead with it. I'd also like to thank Rosie for her wonderful pictures, thanks so much, darling, for doing these.

I know it's been really quiet here, and I feel that I need to make a sort formal announcement. Not that I think people care, but I didn't feel right just fading away with out a word. There's no need to reply or anything like that, again it just doesn't feel right just disappearing. I'll still be around on GoS, MtS and ISA, just not active.

I'm taking a sort of hiatus from Simming for a while. How long, I really don't know. It's not something that anyone has done or anything like that. I just seem to have lost steam. I open milkshape and/or the game and all I feel is bleeeehhhhh. I can't seem to find it in me to make anything any more. I hope my muse/inspiration/drive comes back because it was fun. It's not fun anymore. My toys are where they are to stay and in the coming time I will try to get some sort of link repository done, as well as back ups to everything. I also have quite a few things done that I've not released because I'm not really pleased with them at another glance. However if anyone wants them (namely the bodyshape stuff) then drop a line and I'll send you a link to mess that is a folder. I really appreciate the community for the support and companionship over the years, you guys made my life bearable and I'm grateful for that. To all the CC makers you've made my game great and the best time suck of all time. :)

Help with beginning programming class

I know this may seem odd, but since the community has so many smart and techno people I thought I'd toss it out here. I'm having a lot of problems with my programming class. Right now I'm just trying to learn the basics and even though my instructor helps some, it's an online class and she and I seem to not be able to get on the same page. So I decided to reach out.

I'm still using psuedocode because languages are next semester. I'm stuck right now on if-then-else statements, along with some other problems.

I'm doing my annual viewing of all 3 LOTR movies, this time on my flat screen tv in 1080p, and this movie fucking rocks. I have to say Liv Tyler as Arewen is just spot on. I've always thought she was gorgeous but the scene where the wraiths are chasing her and Frodo literally sends me into a panic attack even though I know she's going to make it to safety.

House Keeping

I'm working on my journal style, trying to find something to settle on. I don't know css, but I'm taking it this coming semester so please bear with me.

I've linked my LJ account so I can cross post there too, in the coming days I'm going to resizing pictures, moving content from my various other journals/blogs and generally trying to consolidate my web presence. WIP type stuff will be now be posted on the tumblr account. Digitaldollies also will have a google+ account which I'll try to get setup this week for those that have one and you want to add it to your circle, or a Facebook which would you all prefer. However any cc that is actually completed will be here.

Beneath the cut are some other housekeeping/ organization type info that you really don't have to worry about unless you want to.

Zerodark at GoS made some gorgeous recolors of the lovely Pennington set by Tinhouse at BlackPearlSims and then posted a Request to have a single bed slaved to the double bed, and for some odd beat myself up reason I offered to make it with the guidance of MustLuvCats, between her and CuriousB I bring you the Pennington Single bed, or rather a link to it and the already awesome CiJ thread at GoS. Finally Some Free Time....

I just finished my last assignment for this quarter, I only have 2 tests and I'm done for about 2 weeks. Sooooo what does that mean? I installed all the Sims 2 games, eps & sp on the new computer, all I have to say is YESSSSSSS!!!!!! I have pretty graphics now. ( Not on Yuxi's level yet, though) Seriously, I have never seen some of the effects in my game until tonight, and my game hasn't ever been this smooth even with no CC.

I have a few pics to show off, I had more but I forgot to fix the screenshot setting, and I forgot about Gadwin until a few minutes ago. I'll get it together.

I was super stoked when I got Sheena(vintagecat) as my giftee because I love her playing style and I thought it would give me a chance to make some recolors of some the forgotten meshes from EA. Of course being me I also HAD to do some clothing meshes, but instead of just doing the ladies I wanted to do something for the sprogs too since there's not a whole lot out there that I play with. It's smaller and more compact than my old laptop ( I've had it since Jan 2007), I've not installed the game or anything on it yet, because well that's a headache that I want to save for another day. I'm also trying out ATI graohics card for the first time. I've always gotten a computer with a Nvidia card. Hopefully this isn't going to come back and bite me in the butt. XD

It was really time because my RJ-45 jack was blown as well as all my screen shots being overly bright and with a pinkish or greenish tint. Not cool. Under the cut is a picture and the specs.

Okay so yep, RL stuff is happening again. I'm taking a double load for summer and I've started the new job. (Yes, I keep saying it, I'm happy)

I'll probably not be releasing anything until mid August except for GoS' CiJ event. I'll be around as I can, but don't expect much.
